“House Of Fun – 10th Anniversary” (“The Contest”) is an online contest that awards participants for the best anniversary greeting for the 10th anniversary celebrations of House Of Fun (“Greeting/s”) submitted as judged by set criteria. For consideration (including, without limitation, the possibility of publicly using your name and participant information), the Participant is submitting the greeting in following Company’s official social platforms channels [https://www.facebook.com/houseoffungames] and/or [https://www.instagram.com/houseoffunsters/] (the “Social Channel/s”) for the benefit of Playtika UK- House Of Fun Limited and its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent company (the “Company”) upon the following terms and conditions.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THE GREETING TO ENTER THE CONTEST, READ THE OFFICIAL CONTEST GUIDELINES BELOW. BY SUBMITTING THE GREETING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL GUIDELINES.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO THE COMPANY’S PRIVACY NOTICE AVAILABLE ON (Playtika.com), AND TO THE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES , AND THAT YOUR SUBMISSION AND THE INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH THE COMPANY AND THAT YOU MAY BE CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE USED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

ALL DECISIONS, SELECTIONS AND DETERMINATIONS STATED HEREIN TO BE MADE BY THE COMPANY MAY BE MADE ON ITS BEHALF BY ITS DESIGNATED AGENT AND ARE UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE IN THE COMPANY’S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. ALL SUCH DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

 

1. ELEGIBILITY

The Contest is open to Participants, i.e. person(s) who submit the Greeting which complies with the rules herein, and who are 21 years of age or older as of the time of the Greeting submission (“Participants”). Employees of the Company, its subsidiaries, as well as agents and representatives of the Company and its subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual and any or all of his/her submission application(s) if he/she is deemed by the Company to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (b) violating the Terms of Service; (c) violating the conditions of use and/or general rules; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or act fraudulently in any manner. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

 

The Contest is open to Participants with a valid House of Fun account. House Of Fun is free to download and play.

 

CONTEST PERIOD

2. The contest begins on November 24th, 2021, 08:00AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on November 30th, 2021 11:00AM EST. All the Greetings will be published at the Social Channel/s and be Subject to viewing by the visitors of the Social Channels.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Greeting Submission

During the Contest Period, publish comment/s or upload a video/s of yourself on our Social Channel/s with a one-liner 10th anniversary Greeting, using at least three out of four words: Happy. Fun. Raccoon. Party.

Video greetings:

On Facebook via the dedicated event page. The video will be publicly available. On Instagram via private message to the Company’s official page.

All Greetings are subjected to the Social Channels’ term of services and Greetings become the property of the Company. By submitting the Greeting Participant grants to the Company and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, unrestricted, irrevocable and sublicensable right to re-use, reproduce, modify and redistribute the Greeting in any form, format or media.

Judging Period

All eligible Greetings will be judged by the Company, pursuant to its sole discretion. Judges will use the following criteria.

  • Creativity (30%)
  • Fun (30%)
  • Story content (40%)

Ten (10) participants (5 from each Social Channel) will be notified on or about December 5th, 2021 during the Company’s online 10th Anniversary event (“Potential Winner/s”).

 

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The Potential Winners will be notified as set forth above and be required to complete and Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by the Company, which must be returned by December 20th.

Failure to sign and return documentation within the specified period or the inability of the Company to reach the Potential Winner/s within a reasonable amount of time may result in disqualification at the Company’s discretion and award then given to the runner-up.

The winners will be announced publicly via the Social Channels’ pages and any other communication channels as shall be decided by the company’s sole discretion.

 

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES

  1. 10 duals flight tickets, economy class, to Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Tickets”).
  2. Hotel reservation for standard double room, 3 nights (4 days), 4-star hotel.
    Nights only, not including city TAX. Room class to be chosen by the Company pursuant to the capacity limitations during the time of travel (the “Hotel Reservation”).

The Tickets and Hotel Reservation will be available from January 1st, 2022 up Until December 31st, 2022.

Blackout date: Weekends (Friday-Sunday), Holidays and August.

Winners will receive a direct massage on their social platform profile from which they participated in the contest in order to collect the Prize.

 

6. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITIES

By submitting the Greeting, Participant agrees that:

  • This Contest is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and/or Instagram and they hereby release both Facebook and Instagram from any claim or liability related to this Contest.
  • Any COVID-19 requirements regarding to the Prize are the Participant responsibility to comply.
  • Any travel requirements regarding to the Prize are the Participant responsibility to comply.
  • Any federal, state and/or local taxes on said Prize are the Participant responsibility to pay. Participants agree to return immediately upon demand to the Company the Prize, or the value of the said Prize, which has been awarded to Participant if any statement made by me in this affidavit is false.
  • Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the submission, the Contest will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
  • Any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out of pocket costs incurred, but in no event will attorney’s fees be award or recoverable;
  • Under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Participant knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, business opportunity, damage to reputation or goodwill and/or any other similar damages;
  • They release and hold harmless Release Parties from any and all claims that any commercial, advertising, presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of the Company infringes on the rights of Participant as contained in any application or otherwise.
  • All timelines and the predicted schedule are under the Company’s sole discretion and may be changed from time to time without prior notice by the Company to the Participants.
