A minimum of 12-18 months experience in a Technical support or similar role.
Experience in maintaining and working with monitoring tools and protocols (snmp) .
Good level English is required.
Strong delivery orientation (experience in working in B2C environment ЁC an advantage)
Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in order to handle multiple tasks in a real-time environment.
Strong analytical skills and able to collect and interpret data from various sources.
Ability to assess and priorities faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
Experience maintaining Unix systems (Basic Linux CLI skills)
Good understanding in SQL.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Good troubleshooting skills
Good academic background with a degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computing or relevant subject.
Experience working with Internet applications such as Web srv, MySQL, Tomcat, Zabbix, Nagios,
Any of the following areas of expertise: DB, SQL, Perl, PHP, Bash, Java, Application Servers, Windows/UNIX Administration ЁC an advantage
Experience of diagnosing service issues, following them through to resolution
