Candidate Referral Policy
The Playtika’s candidate referral program (the “CRP”) is open only to individuals who submitted resumes of referred individuals to Playtika directly, for any open positions in Playtika, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, and such individuals were not hired by Playtika, as an employee or freelancer (“Former Candidates”). Employees, freelancers, consultants, officers and representatives of Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. (“Caesars Interactive Entertainment”), Playtika Ltd., and/or its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Affiliates”) are not eligible. Participation in the CRP constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to this policy and Playtika’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this program. Receipt of reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. How to Participate
In order to participate in the CRP, you need to send Playtika resumes of prospective candidates for open positions in Playtika via e-mail to Playtika’s HR department to the following e-mail address: OrS@playtika.com (including your name, address, phone number and e-mail address in order to contact you in the event of receiving an award). List of open positions in Playtika and the required candidates profiles/job descriptions are available on Playtika’s website at https://www.playtika.com/jobs. Referrals acquired due to any submission of URLs on any Facebook, Linked-in or any other social network profiles shall not be deemed as submission of resumes or referral of candidates to Playtika and will not entitle the participant to any reward. Playtika is entitled to terminate or pause the CRP at any time upon its sole discretion without any prior notice. Participant must obtain the candidate’s prior consent for submission of its resume, in order to participate in the program and receive any reward with respect to the recruitment of such candidate. No other forms of submitting candidates’ resumes are valid and will entitle the Former Candidates to participate in the CRP.
In the event that a candidate’s resume has already been provided to Playtika from another participant, a recruiting agency or from any other source, such candidate shall not be deemed as a candidate referred by the participant, and the participant shall not be entitled to any reward with respect to the recruitment of such candidate. Any prospective candidate approved by Playtika for introduction by a participant shall be deemed as an “Approved Candidate”, and Playtika shall notify the participant by e-mail regarding the approval of its candidate referral. Playtika shall, at its sole discretion, decide whether to accept or reject any prospective candidate introduced by a participant. Playtika shall not be obligated in any manner to enter into any agreements or engage with any prospective candidate whatsoever introduced to it by the participant. Furthermore, participant shall not be entitled to any reward for solely introducing an Approved Candidate but only if such candidate was hired by Playtika, and pursuant to the terms detailed herein.
4. Grant of Reward
In the event that during a period of six (6) months as of the introduction of an Approved Candidate by a participant to Playtika, Playtika hires such Approved Candidate as an employee for any position in Playtika or its Affiliates, and such candidate was hired for a period of at least ninety (90) days, the participant who referred such candidate to Playtika shall be entitled to receive a reward, as further detailed in Section 5 below. However, in the event that during such ninety (90) days period, the Approved Candidate referred by a participant resigns or Playtika terminates his/her employment for any reason, the participant shall not be entitled to any reward for hiring such Approved Candidate by Playtika. Playtika’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the CRP are final and binding in all matters related thereto.
Playtika will notify each eligible participant via e-mail and phone (if provided) of hiring the Approved Candidate referred by such participant. Receiving a reward is contingent upon compliance with this Policy and is subject to Playtika’s sole discretion. If attempted reward notification or reward is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, if eligible participant cannot be contacted or verified, if eligible participant is otherwise unable to accept the reward as stated, or if eligible participant is otherwise disqualified, reward will be forfeited. Playtika is not responsible for suspended or discontinued phone service which may result in an eligible participant not receiving a reward notification. It is solely the responsibility of the participant to notify Playtika in writing if the participant changes his or her e-mail address during the CRP. No responsibility is assumed by Playtika or its Affiliates for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage-due mail or participations. Receiver has 14 days to respond to Playtika regarding reward received, if no response or proven contact was given within this 14-day time period prior to delivery of statement of reward, award will be invalid.
The proposed reward is a gift card with an approximate retail value of One Thousand New Israeli Shekels (NIS 1,000). Reward will be delivered to such eligible participant, pursuant to the provisions of Section 4 above, via registered mail with delivery of receipt. The eligible participant must accept reward as stated by Playtika or reward may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate eligible participant (if applicable). Rewards are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Playtika’s sole discretion. Unclaimed rewards will not be awarded. If a reward cannot be awarded for any reason, Playtika reserves the right to substitute a reward for one of equal or greater value if the designated reward should become unavailable for any reason. The reward granted by Playtika to any eligible participant constitute the full and complete remuneration due to such eligible participant in respect of referring candidate(s) to Playtika.
Participation in the CRP constitutes each participant’s consent to Playtika’s and its agents’ post or use of participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown for any purpose in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
7. Limitations of Liability
No liability or responsibility is assumed by Playtika or its Affiliates resulting from participant's participation in or attempt to participate in the CRP. Playtika and its Affiliates are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the CRP; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the CRP or the processing of participations; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the CRP or receipt or use or misuse of any reward. By participating in the CRP, participants release Playtika and its Affiliates from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participant's participation in the CRP. Playtika and its Affiliates are not liable in the event that any portion of the CRP is canceled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
Any complaint regarding the operation of the CRP or any other related matter, will be e-mailed to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the CRP or any reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction of Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, to the absolute exclusion of any other courts and any other jurisdictions; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating the CRP (if any), but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of this Policy, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Playtika in connection with the CRP, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law policy (whether of the State of Israel or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Israel.
9. Employment Relationship
There is no employer-employee relationship between Playtika and participant, including without limitation, any Former Candidate. It is expressly clarified that participation in the CRP shall not be construed as creating between Playtika and the participant any partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, agency or any other similar relationship.
